CREDIT CARD CHARGED, including expedite shipment
For almost two months, they have been telling me the same story every time I inquired via e-mail about where is the part. They were coming up with the new proposed date of part arrival to their warehouse.
They refuse to credit back my CC expedite shipment charge until the part arrives. For almost two months the part is "still not arrived yet". I requesting when? And they are coming up with new date.
