StarNow did not cancel my subscription despite the fact that I have emailed them asking for it and also a full refund within the 30-day period. They have only sent me one reply so far offering me a "3-month subscription holiday" and ignored the other emails I have sent them regarding this issue. According to multiple other reviews on the website they have said that this "subscription holiday" is definitely false and wouldn't be reflected to my account. In the lone email they have sent, they also indirectly threatened me that I would not be eligible for a full refund if I do not take up the 3-month offer. They are a shady business that should be banned!

I have located your StarNow account and can see that members of our Customer Success Team have been in touch with you, and have now resolved the issue.
However, I would like to clarify a few details around the payment holiday that you were offered. During the Global Pandemic, we revised our cancellation policy to offer members free time should they wish to stay on the site. We mentioned in our email to you that our existing refund policy still applied.
I can assure you this was a genuine offer and that our subscription, cancellations and refund policies are all within standard business practice and clearly outlined within our Terms and Conditions.
