I fulfilled my 60 month contract obligation and the mandatory extra month. Paid for all the crappy equipment. When I tried to cancel service they would not and kept charging for service. I contacted the consumer protection agency for help in getting service cancelled. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Lots of incorrect alerts. And when you have an issue and control panel is not working the keep charging for no service and take a month to show up. Run away from this company
