I am currently following the menopause diet and I have lost 10lbs in the last 2 weeks. I am super excited about this program because the menus have been very easy to follow and to make necessary substitutions to my needs and likes. I love posting on the FB page and receiving extra encouragement and feedback, and I have also used the live chat every time I need help or have any questions about ingredients or substitutions.
