I'm still mad about Nina Cloak they are a bunch of dishonest people who take joy in taking peoples money and not caring about it! Do not buy Anything from this company. They have NO business being in business in America… no honor… no integrity… a Chinese company under disguise! I would give NO stars to them if I could!

This company stinks! No customer service no integrity. They are a bunch of liars who don't care. I tried repeatedly for a month to return a blouse that they sent the wrong size. They kept sending me the same email over and over again. I repeatedly sent the items they requested but still same email came from numerous individuals with foreign names. No one was really interested in helping me, only asked for a return shipping label and a return number in their system which obviously doesn't seem to exist. I even got a response from them in Chinese! They should not be in business in the US! They are a bunch of non caring dishonest people and there is NO customer service….
