I placed an order in DECEMBER 2012 and it is now APRIL 2013. I purchased a few items from this website, but I only received one tiny, little magnet. I contacted them in email form and this is the literal thread:

Hello:

I have included a copy of my order receipt for reference. I am trying to track the progress of an order placed on December 17,2012. When I try to look it up via the website, it says that my order number does not exist: *******.

I received only one item from my order, the magnet, around January 12,2013. It has now been almost two months and I have not received any other items, nor was I ever emailed any information. If the remainder of the items are not going to ship, I would appreciate a refund on my credit card, although I would rather just receive the amazing merch that I paid for.

Ironically, the status is noted as "Solved" even though there was nothing solved at all! I have yet to receive any of my items and they have ignored all further emails. Unfortunately, I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card company. I will never do business here in the future, nor will I be recommending it to anyone!
