I sold an item for $289.99. I sent the package certified and insured. The buyer signed for it, called his financial institution to state he didn't recall making a purchase, and received the money back from his financial institution and out of my account as well. He made off with the item, committed insurance fraud at his financial institution, and I am out the money and product as well. EBay sided even after my appeal showing proof he signed for the item. Seller beware...
