I needed a refresher in acting classes and registered for the National Michael Chekhov training from Lisa Dalton last June. It's an incredible technique and Lisa, who is amazing, provides transformative methods that release anxiety and let your imagination, spontaneity and talent, arise. The class has exercises and games, a lot of physical work and use of your imagination and most recently she gave me an excellent method for memorization of my script, I'm an entertainer and Playwright and I have had the extreme honor to be an actor with her and practice in the Michael Chekhov technique on Zoom! Join! It's very reasonable in price and priceless in value!
