Ordered sympathy flowers for a family member on September 2nd. The same day was told the flowers could not be delivered and our account would be credited. We were charged. After many attempts to get our money back we finally contacted American Express on September 28th. They credited our account and they will deal with the company.
I signed up for a cooking class for me and my daughter. Unfortunately, I had to cancel because of my scheduling conflicts. Quick, easy, and professional customer service! I did cancel well in advance of the class, and I look forward to trying a class in the future.
Thought I found the perfect slip on sneaker…What a disappointment. The fit was off and the item was so cheaply made. There is no return policy, only attempts to offer discounts for more cheaply made shoes at your own shipping expense. I will be donating these shoes so hopefully someone will be happy. Buyer Beware!
Tip for consumers: Be aware of their No Return policy and lack of quality.

Still waiting for merchandise bought for gifts so I cannot comment on the quality.
