Placed an order expecting to get updates on shipping and delivery dates, as I do from other companies I deal with online. Received nothing after the original acknowledgment that the order was received and being "processed." My online account said, bafflingly, only that the order was "Increasing." They don't answer phone calls or email, so eventually I asked via the contact form whether I could expect my order eventually or needed to request a refund. Next day, I got a terse "Refund receipt." No explanation, no other communication of any kind.
(At least I got my money back, so maybe I should up this rating to two stars. But as someone who worked customer service myself for many years, I found their complete stonewalling of customer inquiries appalling. And judging from reading their recent reviews on other sites, I'm far from the only one.)
