I ordered a table for my terrace in March. The website stated a delivery time of a few weeks. Nothing happened, I had to ask, they said mid next month. Nothing, we asked again: mid-May. Etc, etc. Today (July for a March order) we got the delivery, we even paid extra to have it mounted. We like the table a lot. We don't like the so-called customer service at all. They are not pro-active, they don't provide information, worse, they may not even have information. The table was in the catalog last year, so LOBERON knows the manufacturer. I can't say the company is reliable and certainly not customer centric.
