Took my money. Claims they didn't. Lets me reset my password however when try login server can't find associated email? Bear in mind email is perfectly okay when resetting? Sent multiple copies receipts of my purchase and them taking my money, now no response at all.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very surprised to learn of your experience which seems to us just a simple misunderstanding. It's common for our customers to have two or more accounts with similar emails but with different subscription plans which causes a lot of confusion for the customer.
