**Update! I received a call from ABC today and it turns out the parts are covered under warranty. Thank you ABC Warehouse for ordering the parts and making things right!***
I purchased kitchen appliances with a 5 year extended warranty. I requested service under the warranty on. I told the representative I was requesting service because the dishwasher racks are rusting. The service technician came out here and told me that the racks are not covered under the extended warranty. I told him that when I made the service appointment I had explained the issue and I was told the racks would be covered. The technician left without replacing the dishwasher racks.
I then referred to my original receipt for the dishwasher and the extended warranty and noted that it is printed right on the back of the receipt that the extended warranty has the same terms and conditions as the original manufacturer's warranty. I contacted GE and have a copy of the original warranty and confirmed that the original warranty does indeed cover the racks.
I contacted ABC Warehouse special "Heartline" which is supposed to address unresolved customer concerns and they have failed to respond. I won't buy anything from ABC again.
