Sorry I don't agree with one star. Why is that? Because, when I go to harbor freight to buy anything I understand where I am getting it from. I have been purchasing things from harbor freight for decades. For the regular home owner harbor freight is ok. However for industrial I would say go to home depot or industrial store. For me and the general householder I think four stars is ok.

Although this business is in a trailer along side the highway, don't let that bother you. This business has been in this spot for years. Abraham who changed my phone battery could not have been nicer. I also got a ten dollar discount because of being a senior citizen. 5 stars!

Amazon is amazing! I love there free return policy.
I think maybe their prime membership is a little too much
No complaints with their service. I buy from Amazon more than once a month.

The phone came as expected. Like new. Battery could have been better.
I looked at battery life, Apple could not tell if battery was Apple battery. Over all phone is fine. I probably will upgrade to iPhone 11 shortly and will probably get it from Back Market. By the way I understand why no charger. The iPhone 8 and newer are capable of wireless charging.
