My Just Eat order did not arrive. Just Eat is refusing to refund, and will not explain the grounds for their refusal to refund. I have engaged with them via Chat, email and by calling their "partner helpline" as the customer call option plays a "go to the app" message and then cuts you off. I am housebound and cannot get out to find alternative food. I am tired, hungry, very stressed and have had my pocket picked by them. Their customer service is appalling and the phrase "morally bankrupt" keeps popping into my head.
