I ordered a camera in november. They sent it without a trucking number I could follow. After a month I hadn't received anything so I asked for a refund.
We are now at the end of February and no refund has been received yet. They keep saying they can send me a proof of refund, which is just a printscreen with a number, but I never got my 1000+ euros back.
If you try to deal with them and be upset, they force you to write an email to apologies, you do it, thinking that it will sort things out, but after that, you are just again and again at the same point. 57 emails after, and still no money back and no camera.
Make your considerations before buying from this company.
Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase from this company. they ship without giving youa tracking number and getting a refund is impossible. They answer emails and wait that you get tired of them. Dodgy company
