First of all, the customer service training they've received is outdated and not useful- no one wants to hear the monotonous repetition of their name (especially from a stranger) after every other word in a sentence. It DOES NOT make for a more personalized/more relatable customer experience. It's just OBNOXIOUS and ANNOYING. I attempted to cancel this myperfect resume subscription because it is overpriced at $24.00 a month, the customer service agent then offered me the so-called "special employee discount" price of $4.94 a month from here on out. I agreed to it so now I'll just wait and see if they stick to their agreement or not...
