My account was banned for two days and I couldn't access their customer service. Finally found an email to email them. I decided I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card since my account was banned without explanation. Got an email a day after saying I was banned for life now. Reached out to customer service again and they said "Your IP being banned was the escalated issue to be reviewed and resolved." However they never told me this or anything until after the fact. They told me because I disputed the charge I'm banned for life. I told them if they would have sent an email explaining this I probably wouldn't have disputed the charge. The customer service only became helpful when I contacted them first and kept asking the same question of why I was banned. They kept saying it was due to the dispute even though it happened before that. I kept asking and they gave me the answer finally.
Be careful when signing up for a subscription.

Tip for consumers:
Got to use the subscription once before they banned my account without telling me.
