Wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order on April 6th. I reached out to the company and they told me it was on backorder apologized and gave me a 10% coupon. Not sure why I had to reach out first to get a status update. I reached out to them again to see if its been shipped. Attached picture is what I was emailed. I find this irresponsible and unprofessional. I understand mail has been delayed but this is going close to 2 months. You should inform your customers of the status and not have customers have to contact you for an update.
