I recently purchased two, small, bathroom light fixtures and returned them because they arrived scratched and rusted. I didn't have time to complete their onerous photo upload and documentation process to justify the real reason I wanted to return them, so I indicated that I changed my mind about wanting them. I was charged $30 for return shipping - nearly the half of the total purchase price, which is ridiculous. As other reviewers have mentioned, this policy is not made clear until you process your return, which is infuriating. If this company insists on charging customers to return items, at least let us select the method of shipment to reduce costs; $30 for return shipping is outrageous, particularly since the company ships for free.
