A hugely disappointing and frustrating experience! My partner ordered a hat which arrived in a plastic mailing bag, completely crushed. We contacted them with pictures and have chased this up with two further emails as well as a Facebook message and still no reply after weeks. A total sham... any professional hat retailer would use protective mailing boxes. Any decent company would reply to emails.
