If I could give a 0 star review I would. This company has been an absolute pain to work with and I wish I never bought from them and could've avoided this hassle. Normally a company will automatically issue you a refund once their receive the product your returned. Well not this company. I literally had to email them and ask what was going on with my refund because it had been a month and the tracking shows it was delivered to them. They emailed me back saying they received my package 3 weeks ago, and that they would start the refund process now. First off why did no one contact me about it being received? Second off I shouldn't have had to get in touch with them to get a refund, it should have automatically happened. Here I am almost two months later still waiting for a refund from them. And contacts ain't cheap. On top of all that they said they only received on of my boxes back? Even though I was sent the wrong prescription and couldn't even use the contacts. So why would I have kept one of the boxes for myself if I couldn't even use it like what? Makes no sense.
