STAY AWAY! If you don't want to lose your money online.
I ordered shoes with them and they were never shipped. When I contacted them, they kept taking me back and forth. First they told me it was out of stock, then after some weeks, after trying to contact them with no avail (They can not be reached on phone and their voice mail is always full, they also have no direct email), they told me they'll ship it.
Two months later, they responded saying they sent it. They never gave me the tracking number or anything to prove that. When they realized I wasn't going to be fooled easily, they sent me a message saying I will be refunded.
It's about three months now, they don't respond to my messages anymore (I'm not even surprised anymore, they ignored me for way too long).
I was never refunded so I'm just going to give up

Firstly, we should have had this set-up correctly, and secondly, we should have responded in a much more timely fashion. For both lapses, we take full responsibility and want to restate our sincere apologies to the customer.
The stock statues is changing all the time as we have so many orders every day. We just need time to update the information on the website. Sorry for the inconvenience. Generally, the system will send the e-mail when it is out of stock.
Also after the order was shipped out, our system will send you the e-mail, you can check your spam.
