I ordered a dress for my daughters birthday, I have yet to receive a tracking number so I emailed them and I told them if they don't think they'll be able to send it in time i'll just take a refund. They told me no they'll rather make an adjustment to ship it sooner still haven't received a tracking so I told them once again I would just like a refund and they refused so I told them i'll just dispute through my bank and they started cursing at me telling me they don't gaf.
This person refused to read our shipping info, once we told them our shipping time frame, they cursed at us and demanded a refund, which we gave right away.
I have no clue why they are lying and trying to make themselves look like a victim, there upset because they didn't read our shipping time located twice on everypage.
