I have been with inMotion hosting for years.
The last 6 months have had big problems.
In January they upgraded me to a server that cost 3 times as much so I would have separate cpanels to prevent a server wide infection if one site had a problem. They charged me and 6 months later i find out i only have 1 cpanel instead of the 5 they agreed to split my files in to.
The last 3 weeks I have been trying to get server info transferred to inmotion because of an email issue. Awful internal communication has me 3 weeks later paying them for the transfer yet they never did what i originally asked. Further in motion said this would be a free serice. I'm about to start packing up my server and bringing it somewhere else. The customer service supervisor talked me in circles and refused to let me speak to his manager. An hour and a half on the phone with no resolution. I got fed up and hung up
