I have ordered 3 hats and 3 hoodies over the last month I received the wrong hat this last time and was overnighted the correct hat Kevin made that happen. I spoke with Kayla and her manager Alexis and they helped me figure out why my hoodie wasn't shipped yet and said for the inconvenience they would overnight it. MLB.com etc has never done anything like that for me. So with Kevin, Kayla, and Alexis customer service I will continue to purchase from FANATICS only! You have 3 great people there!
