Ordered a chunky knitted blanket and the web site said it would be delivered Dec 18 - Dec 22. For a Christmas present. Sent email on Dec 22nd when I didn't get the blanket. I received an automated email back the same day that said, "Our customer service is very busy at the moment and we are working very hard in order to reply to all of you! We aim to respond within 24 hours (it might take a bit longer though)." They responded on January 2nd (10 days later telling me the shipment was in process. I received the order on January 10th.
