I wanted to send back an order from belgium to France so I subscribed at BPM-lux for pne month. I paid 5, make my order and wait for my package to come. As soon as BPM-lux got my package i received a series of bill comin from nowhere. Thez asked me to pay one year (55) of subsription in advance and 110 of handling and when I refused thay asked for 49 to send the package. I refused to pay, I would not condone such behavoir so I lost my package. My only advice: stay away from these crooks!
BPM-Lux.com has in place a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy since 2005, to protect the BPM community, shops and customers from fraud and identity theft.
Mr Laurent Guyot’s account has been placed on cash basis, (means no further credit via Credit card of PayPal payments) for following reasons:
1) Registered 2 separate accounts under separate name, and email address.
2) Used 3 different emails and names within 10 days.
3) Used 3 Different Credit Cards within 10 days.
4) Payments from Mr Laurent Guyot, alias Eric Mallet or the Email Address Cernunos failed in 3 opportunities within 10 days, despite changing credit card in 3 opportunities.
Our T&C were accepted, and a minimum membership of 3 month, and a stable payment method is compulsory, due to the small amounts to be deducted to maintain admin costs low.
The customer has been advised to have following choices:
1) Transfer by Bank of € 49 covering the costs already generated, and freight to obtain his goods. After that, the amounts already paid via credit card, would be refunded to the original cards, and his account would be closed.
2) If Mr Guyot wants to continue a long term membership, he shal transfer via bank for one year in advance + deposit, ( € 110) to avoid small amounts failing to be deducted.
3) Provide a Prepaid Label from the seller, to return the goods to the seller.
None of the above sounds a reasonable solution for Mr Laurent Guyot alias Eric Mallet.
