I ordered the Beaker Bong Pro and when it arrived there was a very slight leak in the plug of the glycerin coil. I emailed them with pictures of the issue, and they sent me a brand new coil to replace my leaking one. The new coil arrived very quickly (a few days) and I have had no issues since!
The hits from this thing are ice cold, and the water level isn't constantly rising from melting ice cubes that would be placed in a regular bong. It is super easy easy to clean and fill with water since you can detach the pieces. I couldn't recommend this product any more. 1000% would buy again

I loved the idea of a bong that says cold without constantly adds ice cubes
