Read the reviews and DO NOT USE! This is a scam! I would give this a -100 review if possible. You cannot cancel during the trial period online, and you must call. But good luck with that. They give a a free trial but burred in there somewhere is the "duration" that it takes to send a page. We only sent out 16 pages and were charged $20. We were told that the fax took longer than 60 seconds that you would be charged. We tried to reach out using their chat, which is disabled on the site so you must call. After calling and being hung up on multiple times we were finally able to talk to someone. Even while the individual on the phone said the charge should only be around $6 somehow that turns into $20 in some round about way that does not make sense. Be warned, this is not a free trial and they WILL charge you significantly with their predatory practices.

Regarding our service, you may cancel your account directly from your Web login and if you have an annual plan, multiple fax numbers, or an outstanding balance, you will need to reach us via our 24/7 Phone or Chat Support. Regarding faxes, please note that fax transmissions are billed in minutes and 60 seconds is equivalent to 1 page per page transmission and this information is available on the initial Welcome Letter Sent to our new users and also during sign-up.
