I ended up buying some for me and my daughter (both plus sizes and both different sizes and height as well) because people raved about it. I realize I bought during the Covid crisis, hence I'm not going on how long they took to get to me after I bought them. You really need to read the fine print on buying these if you need to return them or exchange. Apparently they don't give you a label to send things back, you either pay for it yourself or have them take 6.99 out of what they're refunding you. It took 3-4 days for someone to respond to my questions on how to send things back and then when I said specifically in the email that I was returning not exchanging, they sent me the instructions on how to exchange. Then another couple of days to get the right information. Like their address.
The leggings for my daughter she tried on (and I used their size guidelines) they were too tight. So I took one I had bought for me (bigger) and she tried those on but still didn't like the way they felt (feel like swimsuit material). So I knew if I tried these on they wouldn't fit me if they fit her. I tried the bra on my daughter and she was falling out of it. There's no way if she couldn't fit it (again I'm bigger in the chest) that I could fit it.
Even if the product wasn't what we wanted or hoped it would be, their whole customer service issue and having to pay to send things back when other people send you labels to do so especially in this day and age is one reason I won't do business with them. Then trying to write a review (it appears they only accept good reviews), hence the reason I'm here. Don't do business with them.
