I ordered a simple tee shirt on December 4th. Here we are on December 18th and my order still says "new" and has yet to ship! Was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband. Doubt it will arrive in time.
I have tried to chat every day (which has conveniently been "down" even though it says they are available 10am-5pm.)
I have emailed them twice for an update. No response. Nothing.
I feel like they are just hiding from everyone…if you are struggling to keep up with holiday orders just $#*!ing say that. But to leave paying customers hanging?! $#*! move.
It sucks cause I love their designs but what's the $#*!ing point if you can't even get your order or any support with it…?
Not a good look, guys. Get your $#*! together.
