I bought tickets through Vivid Seats. They charged my credit card. I received an email link to download the tickets. When I tried to download them, I received a message that the tickets were already down loaded to another email. I've been emailing and calling Vivid Seats for days. All they say is maybe they went to a different email, maybe you have 2 Ticket Master accounts, maybe someone got into your email.
None of these are true. Instead of just guessing they must have a process to handle this. Computers can track anything. They told me that they contacted ticket master and were told the tickets had been downloaded. When I contacted ticket master they couldn't find any downloaded tickets.

This might be a good service if you are just starting to write your resume or create your LinkedIn profile. I have spent a long time revising my resume and LinkedIn profile. I paid over $200 but did not receive any benefit. MY original resume, letters, and LinkedIn profile were much better than what was provided and a large portion of what was provided was the content O had already written. Very Disappointed.
