I ordered a phone case on 14 October and paid $15 for delivery ($65.95 total). I emailed them to follow up on 13 Nov - NO REPLY. I emailed again on 20 November - RECEIVED A RUDE REPLY saying simply "It's with Australia Post". Later that day they said it was lost and they were resending the product "today" (20 Nov). On 23 Nov I requested a tracking number for the 2nd product - they didn't yet have one. On 28 Nov, I AGAIN asked for a tracking number and REQUESTED A REFUND... I received a new tracking number (no refund!) but still nothing has arrived. I have followed up with both Australia Post, Fastaway and Aramex. It is now 21 December and there is no sign of either parcel OR my refund. I very much believe this website is a scam.
