“Poor services and communication from Uberdoo/Pyraworkz”

Bought an App from Prawin (Uberdoo) in June'20 and now in Feb'21 the app is still incomplete. No feed back or replay from any of the emails that I have or the company till today. Even on Basecamp have my project been deleted. I cannot believe that the hole company has shut down for so long. Who do I talk to to get my money back if no one is responding. I pick the company above other company's, because of good ratings, but who wrote the ratings. $900(R18,000-00 in South African currency) is now gone and I will never see this money or APP.
