We have ordered the Portable plasma cutting machine 6000*1500mm
We had paid the goods after that we started to wait the delivery of our order. After 2,5 months we have received our machine.
When we was carriing installation-setup work, we realized that we have been lied. We received the machine 6000*1400 instead of 6000*1500. Height sensor was available only for working with gas. It wasnt working with plasma. The all wires and cables were messed. So we have received fully nonoperating equipment.
Than we had begun to answer the questions to JINAN LIFAN MACHINERY CO., LTD, we didnt receive no clear information, we didnt get any service support. We hadnt received no one answer. To sum up we blocked us in the skype.
I am writing my opinion because I would like to prevent you from working with this company. They will take you money and will not send the working products.
