When I emailed a specialist for my engine rebuild, the response I got took 3 days. The reply was cold, short and offer no insight. The replies always took 2 days each plus they would only answer some of the questions asked, meaning I would have to wait 2 more days when I asked again. Currently my order label was created and awaiting pickup by the carrier for the last 5 days. So I'll have to wait 2 more days to get a reply. Calling took 45 minutes on the phone and was even less friendly.
Also, promo code did not work and by the time they replied it would have expired.
