The whole ordeal just gets worse by the time. It's the most appallingly incompetent company there is.
Now, I received a message that my issue has been resolved, even though no suitable solutions have been offered and I haven't been contacted in many hours.
The company still refuses to come and collect the faulty item they have sent me TWICE, and falsely claiming that I returned due to a "change of mind" when it was clearly stated and proven that the item was delivered damaged, unless I go out of my away AGAIN and pay to print for a return label.
