I pre ordered an collectible in December and didn't hear a single thing about it since. Yesterday, March 19, I contacted gamefly about the item. They told me their manufacturer hadn't shipped it yet and I could cancel if I wanted. I responded that I didn't want to cancel, I just wanted information. Not five minutes later I get an email saying my order was canceled. I sent an email saying I did NOT want it canceled and they basically responded with the item was sold out and they couldn't replace my order. I'm inscensed. They mess up and I get punished. I wouldn't buy from this site.
