This payment gateway don't have customers protections program, instead they are protect their merchant. Not even issuing a chargeback, when you see an online e-commerce website using this nochex payment gateway, don't continue and give yourself a favor and save your money.

I emailed them telling them I got scam by www.DoctorUnlock.net and want a refund: they replied

We understand your frustration however we cannot supersede the merchants decision.

The merchant will only accept a original receipt from Apple or the Carrier as proof.

Please forward the correct proof to the merchant and await a response

I'm sure nochex receive a lot of complain of scam with this merchant(www.doctorunlock.net) but they are not doing anything, but no wonder they are partners.
