I have been a customer of Georg Jensen for many years and can honestly say that I have always been delighted with their beautiful products and also always been delighted with their customer service. Whenever my husband asks me what I would like for my birthday or Christmas I say 'anything from Georg Jensen'…. And I mean anything. Whether it is jewellery, watches, candlesticks or bread baskets, each item is an interesting work of art. The service at Georg Jensen's Claremont Quarter store is always helpful and knowledgeable. There are not many companies where product quality is valued so highly, but I can safely say that Georg Jenson is one of them. A+++

I have been on the hunt for the perfect t-shirt my whole life and have finally found it in Citizen Wolf! Citizen Wolf make bespoke T-shirts to fit your body shape by asking just a few simple questions - I honestly don't know how they do it, but the results are magical. The T-shirts are beautiful quality and fit perfectly and the delivery time was really reasonable. I was so impressed. Thank you Citizen Wolf for restoring my faith in companies that produce quality products. A+++

I purchased a Sara Battaglia tote bag via The Outnet in late November 2021 and the handle broke after a few months of careful use. The Outnet were hopeless (a completely different review is needed), but I reached out to Sara Battaglia via social media, who initially were very supportive of my situation. They offered to ship my bag back to their workshop, repair it, and then return it to me. I was super impressed at their customer service and commitment to quality at this stage. However, after much email correspondence, the person at Sara Battaglia HQ (Anna) said that they had no intention of paying for any shipping as it was too expensive from Australia (despite this clearly being offered by them in the email trail) and that if I wanted the bag repaired then I had to ship it to and from Italy myself and at my cost. For a business that prides itself on its 'artisan' quality and customer service, both were extremely lacking. A poor quality bag and poor quality service.

Update: I will agree with Anna on one thing that she did offer a 20% discount on further purchases - not something that I would ever avail myself of, but she is correct that she did offer this. I'll let you make up your own minds about the rest of her response to a legitimate complaint about a product that should not have broken after so short a time and then refusing to honour an offer payment of shipping that was made to me and then rescinded…..

Tip for consumers:
The quality just isn’t there. I have Mulberry handbags that are 15 years old that are in perfect condition. This bag didn’t last 16 weeks of infrequent use without breaking. I’d suggest that you spend your money on a higher quality product.

Indeed you appear to be a totally problematic person and represent the typical hater on social media. We are worldwide renowned for our top class customer service and indeed, despite you had bought our bag not from our official store, as you say, case in which we would have been completely accountable for anything happens to our directly sold products, according to our policies, and despite you had complained about this months and months ago after the purchase, a situation in which you may have directly damaged the bag and we don’t know, we had positively faced your issue and shown our availability to solve your problem, also by offering the fixing of the bag for free and a special discount coupon code. However, duties and shipping have recently dramatically peaked in pricing and we could not bear also this cost, so we asked you to ship the bag, thing that you didn’t follow up to. Now, given your problematic and complaining-only behaviour, which clearly appears even in this review, we decide to stop servicing you and wish you good luck in life. Best regards.

I purchased a cocktail dress from them and consulted their measurements guide carefully before selecting the correct size. The dress sent does not fit and they are refusing to issue a refund to me as the item is Made To Measure. If the dress was created in the size that I selected it would have fit me, but it is clearly incorrectly sized. They have offered me 10% of the cost of the item and suggested that I give it away to a friend! Beware from this rip off company - they will steal your money from you.

Samira from LightintheBox undertook a review of my case and provided me with a refund. She was very courteous and helpful. I would have preferred not to have had to escalate this issue, but when I did she treated me with respect as a customer.
