Please don't be an idiot like me and be sure to read the fine print on your contract. Information on the website and the emails you receive is not necessarily the time zone that your trial period is in. For example, I'm in Australia and the trial period actually finished the day before the date that they keep referring to via email, etc. I now have to spend a year using their services, which is really depressing as I wasn't stoked with the images I found. Unfortunately, the customer service communication is cut and paste, so when you do have a query what you get as a uniform response. I'm trying to update my card details and I just keep getting the same email back. It's like communicating with a rock. I can't believe I'm stuck with them for another 11 months- shmer!
