I swear that I really felt that anything having to do with American Express couldn't be anything but great well I was wrong they have taken money from me they have put money on hold and when purchase was incomplete they did not put it back in my mail and my available money they have did ATM withdrawals that I did not make and the dates on which I done things made purchases pay bills are not dates that I've actually done them I tell you stay away from this card I actually thought that I was doing something wrong I wasn't calculating my money correctly until I looked at my statements which I couldn't get for some reason after a couple of months made my balance a negative and when I called to find out why this was happening I was told to do it dispute I do a dispute they take the money out of my check my next check after the $80 negative and take it but no record of where it went on my statement I am telling you that do not please do not this is the worst card they have taken a lot of money from me and when I called to try and talk about the issues I get hung up on it's awful I'm disabled I'm on SSI and I don't understand how they got away with it I just don't understand and when I called the central office to American Express big connected me right back to the same number that they would hang up on me from after telling American Express that I was getting nowhere with them so yeah stay away stay far away.

Can't spend my remaining balance before I cut it up. Can't get hold of customer service. Garbage!

You buy the debit card and they take all money you put on the card. And they toke my information...
