I have purchased an expensive item from Vestiaire Collective. The selling platform Vestiaire Collective is assuring and charging customer a fee to verify the items sold by the sellers. Sadly people who are in charge to do this job do not care, therefore the items are not verified appropriately but delivered to buyers as they are. As long as the items are not up to the requested standard, the buyer has no other option but to start the long process of convincing Vestiaire Collective and returning the item, in order to get a refund. If finally Vestiaire Collective will decide that the item was not good (having missing parts, fake, low quality, not described accordingly etc) they will issue a refund. It is a long dragging process which made a buyer as myself unhappy. I will never buy again from anyone using the selling platform Vestiaire Collective.

Cool Cribs Estate misleading the customers, being dishonest, Bad experience, Be aware the estate agents working for Cool Cribs are not that cool. In fact they are awful and they lie. Stay away.

Good service, but very slowly delivered. A number of misunderstandings and not really good management. I hope they will improve the way they schedule their work.

Trustpilot is not to be trusted any longer. It is biased. Cannot rely on their reviews and the way they process the reviews, Trustpilot takes sides with dishonest companies, and do not pay attention to customers. TRUSTPILOT NO MORE.

I have used their services twice, good value for money, job well done in short time, received good advice, friendly team, strongly recommended, definitely I am going to use their service again.

Some employees working in Fudges Cycle-store - Harrow Road London have proved to be totally dishonest, delivering poor customer service, misleading the customer in purpose, overcharging and not delivering an appropriate service, not a good value for money. No respect for these crooks and never using their service again.
