So this going to sound like a paid promotion but. Raycon Global is easy to view and easy navigate on mobile, tablet and desktop. They frequently have sales on their items. Not many colors, but a good enough range to to fit into a customer's aesthetic. I have ordered from them many times. It's been a joke between me and my family and friends that I'm collecting them.

One negative thing though... they do not have user accounts nor do they store customer information such as past orders. It's up to you to save and print out your receipts that should contain useful information such as: name, date, price, UPC, serial number or rdid, and payment method. Doing so would give customers peace of when working retail jobs where they might be accused of theft... *cough*Amazon*cough*

Tip for consumers:
Since Raycon doesn't retain customer information like other sites, you'll do well to archive your purchases by printing or archiving emails with receipts.

Products used:
The Everyday Earbuds, The Everyday Speaker, The Fitness Earbuds, etc. I'm trying have them all eventually.

UPDATE: I have my account back and my statements. I'm still dumping Visa/Incomm. The stress I went through on top of everything else is NOT worth it.

I have talked to no less than 3 customer service representatives behind www.myvanillacard.com and I feel so lost.The first at least ordered me a new card. The last two promised me my transaction statements from October and November in no less than 48 hours. I talked the third customer service representative on Friday 12/30/2022 and it is now Tuesday 01/03/2023. That's one hell of a wait.I'm very inconvenienced by this. I understand that a business can be very busy, but I have been waiting for 4 days now. I stated in reviews and complaints on Pissed Consumer and Consumer Affairs that is a request of my mortgage lender for the IRS.

Tip for consumers:
Visa and Incomm are incompetent and inconsiderate. My tip to others: quit them immediately. Forget online shopping: brick and mortar stores with plain old cash and coin from your bank.

I went to their website to pay the medical bill I ended up after I was forced to go to a hospital while unemployed (now I have a job). They basically have NO payment options other than credit/debit which is bad for those of us who do not have cards. You can not contact them at all to find alternate payment methods because their "contact us" page doesn't load. So, while you struggle to figure out how to feed the greedy beast you were saddled with, you end up with bad marks on your credit history.
