Hi guys! I purchased a Louis Trevi bag from them. The delivery time that they advertise was not respected at all and when the bag finally arrived it was damaged. The exterior of the bag was fine but the interior looked completely worn out. All damier bags come with red interiors but this one was almost pink. I sent a lot of pictures to their staff but everyone sad that the bag was fine. If you want I can send you the pictures, you won't believe it. Anyway, they did not exchange my bag, they did not even give me my money back (witch is what their return policy promises). They were very rude to me. I would not recommend it to anyone.
