This has to be the shadiest company I've ever come across. The guy who created it though, I really have to give him props because he is really willing to cheat the hell out of everyone. If you did order you have to place insurance on your order because many places use 3rd party shippers, that's to say once the product leaves their building no longer their problem. If you didn't put insurance on it and you don't get it well that's on you. Now you do have the option to return said product if you don't like it but it must be in an UNOPENED package. How are you going to know if its wrong if you don't take it out and look at it? Secondly, you have to return it to London, that's pricey unless you're in London and you're better off buying retail in outlets. Your insurance fees are not refundable because those were paid to the third party shipper not to the company itself. Also the Shipping and Processing charges not refundable because the company has to be paid what its cost is to pay their 3rd party shipper and what it cost to go to get your product out of a warehouse. This store is also a sub company under DBAY store and that store is virtually unable to be found. This company is held by one person Michael Jordan Branigan. Quite a coincidence Michael Jordan is selling Nike. The website shows the last name under Michael Jordan which usually will catch a persons eye. This person has had several, over 15 business in last few years which he closed and reincorporates under a new number so he can continue his scam.

These shoes are actually from a company called red bottom. They are not real. And if you go through the payment options it's VERY sketchy. I would never give them any info of mine. Plus I went through the questions and answers to see how long it would take to get them and it looks like a 4 yr old wrote it. Basically they tell you they will ship it to you and hope it gets there at some point because it has to go through many carriers. And if you order from this fake site, in which the bottoms are painted red, and need a refund, good luck. You have to request a refund 15 days from the shipment date. So if it takes a month to get them, you can't request a refund. I believe it's a Chinese company.

The terms are very clear. First once the product leaves the door and goes to the shipper, it's no longer their responsibility. Meaning if something is wrong with it, it's yours. No refund. Secondly, they clearly indicate that their website may not provide an accurate or even close representation of the product they are selling. So you could be ordering something for a Ford 250 in blue but it may actually be for a Ford 150 in red. And because they are telling you this on their website you are agreeing to it and it's legal. Lastly, they will not send anything in writing to you. They will only communicate electronically with you. They indicate either by e-mail or by posting something on their website. The question is how would you know to check their website for something about your account. Do NOT give personal or financial information to this site. I've found that the positive reviews have been written by company employees.

Please read. I view high end clothing from fashion houses and buy online. I was targeted by this site. I write contracts so the 1st thing I did was look at the terms which no one ever does. This is the fine print. Poshmark tells you that to use their site you agree to the terms, if you don't you are using the site illegally so basically ANYTHING you buy you are screwed. However the terms state that Poshmark is putting you in touch with a third party, whom ever is selling the product. That's Poshmark's only job. They are not responsible if the seller sells you damaged, fake, wrong sized, wrong color merchandise. So you have no right to a refund with Poshmark. Your complaint is with the seller and you would have to go after this person. I know ppl don't want to read through the print but it is so important. It depends how honest the seller is. And there is no way to check.

In case anyone wonders how I got this, I am a contract underwriter and research businesses and policy. I found their serial number. I hate people getting screwed by companies. The address on the website is a warehouse they ship from. It will get you nowhere.
