I have been a customer from early days, paying a monthly amount to ensure I got regular deliveries.
It worked well early when you could get some nice startup wines at good prices but that stopped.
Communication was good and I promoted their business.
Recently I changed address and ordered a case which was delivered to my new address.
When another case which was from some back ordering process was sent it went to a previous address which was my work address as I had trouble with their courier (Aramex, but that's another story - they are hopeless) delivering to my residence.
So this order was delivered to a closed business address on a Saturday and left outside on the steps.
It was gone by Monday and despite several calls and even more emails they will not fix things up.
I was a good customer for about 6 years and they don't care.
No longer a customer and will let anyone I know how bad they are.
