Airbnb does not care if people are renting out an apartment illegally without the landlord's consent. My family rented a place (well below market value) to someone that has rented the apartment over 150 times in the past 4 years. I contacted Airbnb and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. It's really disappointing to see a company with such poor ethics.
