They ruined 2 pieces of leather & would not refund the cost, but want me to hand over another 2 pieces with no warranties. They are not taking responsibility & blaming my customer not liking the job. You be the judge of that when you see the pics.

Usually, employees are happy to see their customers because, after all, they're going to spend money. However, that was not the case with Cricket located at 1203 E Vine Street, Kissimmee on 10/5/22. My mom & I arrived and the storefront was littered to the point where we thought the location was closed. Upon closer inspection, they were open. We walked in and the only employee in the store greeted us unenthusiastically... perhaps because we interrupted his phone time. We told him of our problem with my mom's I-phone not working and that we wanted a new phone. We provided him with the phone number as he requested and he went to his PC to send us a code even though we had already told him the phone wasn't turning on. I asked him for a charger to see if we could get it to turn on and his answer was, "I don't know if we have chargers for I-phones here". Since I saw his demeanor and noticed he wasn't going to help us, I asked if there was another Cricket nearby and he replied: "I don't know. I'm not from around here, so I don't know". I was baffled at his attitude towards customers. I can't believe a company keeps that kind of employees. I don't care what you're going thru - if it's that bad, then stay home and don't report to work or stay in a back office away from customers. At that moment, I decided I was done with Cricket. I went to T-Mobile and got my mom a new phone. Good-bye Mr. I don't know & Cricket.

I bought my husband a pair of Steve Madden shoes about 2 years ago. He's only used 3 to 4 times since he has many pairs of shoes. I'm sad to report that the shoes are very poor quality. They are literally coming undone at the seams. Additionally, the shoes state they're made of leather... but what percentage of the shoe has the leather and what is the quality of this leather? The top layer of this "leather" is bubbling and peeling off... very much like the cheap couches sold as leather couches to millions of Americans in the past decade (but that's for another review). Seems like this "leather" is an extremely thin layer of vinyl (plastic) placed over leather... or cardboard. They look nice, but give it a few months and the vinyl coating cracks, then peels... then to the trash. Corporations earn and the American consumer loses. I will not buy another pair of Steve Madden shoes. I've included photos so you can see for yourself they are hardly worn and the deterioration. Very disappointing.

Reason I chose this business:

Get a good price without jumping thru hoops to get a rebate that takes weeks to come in the form of a Visa card. Really? Why not just give me the discounted price without fuss.

I walked in and the young lady at the front desk asked to help me. I clearly stated I was there to pick up a prescription. I didn't stutter, I didn't whisper, I don't even have an accent. She asked if for glasses or contacts. I replied, contacts. She then took my name... searched the PC and asked me if i'd received a call stating my prescription was ready. To which I replied, yes. She then walks to the back to find it. Well, almost 20 minutes later, I ask another front desk employee how long it takes to find a prescription. This woman hollers to the back that I'm there waiting for my prescription. Next thing you know, the young lady along with another employee come to the front desk. The young lady says she can't find my CONTACT LENSES. I restated I was there to pick up a prescription. The 2nd employee looks at me and asks if i'm there to pick up a paper prescription. DUH! I just about lost it, but managed to keep my cool, barely. Very clearly i enunciated PRESCRIPTION! The young lady says oh, and looks at a stack of paper that had been sitting on her desk the whole time, and there was my prescription. Seems that they don't know what a prescription is. I should've asked for it in Spanish. RECETA pune... RECETA!
